My time at Sublime Digital has been one of learning and personal growth. I founded this company in 2016 after my partner from Lime Works and I decided to part ways. (We still remain friends to this day) I used the knowledge I gained at Lime Works and ran every aspect including of the company including all marketing campaigns, sales, human resources and increased knowledge in all aspects of marketing.

LimeWorks was the creation of myself and a business partner, we were a mix of Internet Marketing and Information Technology Services. I served as CEO and helped guide the company to over 25 employees. In our prime we grew our revenue over one million dollars starting from virtually nothing. We helped our customers take their digital assets to the next level and provided quality service.

This was my first attempt at starting my own company after learning how to create website and barter clients with their marketing. I learned website design, google pay per click and search engine optimization. This is were I “earned my salt” in the marketing industry and helped me to fall in love and decide to make this a career.

Operations Manager : 1999 – 2004
I consider my time at African American Expressions my “college years”. Everything I learned about business was learned here and today African American Expressions is the number one provider of gifts that are doing over 12 million dollars per year.
While alot of time a college degree may be the standard for a job, I easily got “MBA” experience from my time there. My responsiblities were customer service, product creation, tradeshow sales, website design. I helped streamline orders using the internet and integrated shipping into the backend system. I credit this opportunity as giving me the passion for entrepreneurship and business knowledge.
